My guess would be around start of business on the East Coast (US-EST). The mind shriven skin was a few hours after. I too am looking forward to this costume since the design team seems to think we all wear dresses regardless of gender. After launch things haven't changed. The dresses just changed form. Since I won't be heading to the office today I'll be picking this up immediately off the Crown Store.
