Where to get vet 15 glyphs

I dont have 3k gold to be spending on glyphs how much are vet 15 glyphs from a merchant and where can i get them?

AJ_1988✭✭✭In the imperial city and wrothgar they drop as loot also in IC sewers in your home base there's a tv stone merchant that sells them. 80 tv for vet 15 and 400 for v16. That's for the runes btw. Killing mobs in the sewers I get a lot of v15 glyphs.0

I dont have the crafting up to craft it i just want the basic stuff like health stam magicka ro put on my v15 armor till i get vet 160 -

You will have to farm them then. They can't be brought except from other players IIRC. If you are on Xbox eu server Dc I'll happily make you some. Or even just eu server I'll chuck you into a guild and give to you that way0 -

you cannot buy VR15 or vr16 glyphs from a vendor,
You can buy the runes stones from the vendor in IC,
or
you will need to farm for glyphs in the sewers.PC EU Megaserver

✭Well.......if you do max level Enchanting writs, you have a chance of getting what you want as a green glyph from the reward box. Of course, you could just craft them yourself if you did that...I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

✭They're a random drop from general mobs, so anywhere with lots of mobs really.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!

✭To craft VR15 glyphs, you need the potency runes "Rejera" and "Jehade".
When you're doing writs, you need Rejera to craft the glyphs and Jehade (or Oko, or Ta) to just bring them.
When you want them for armor/weapons: don't waste your mats until you're VR16. Beeeeliiieeeeve me (yep, intended^^), I wasted them for almost all my characters to craft VR15 gear first, it's not worth it^^

Well thankyou. I just need a few to get me to like 34k magicka on my sorc so i dont die so quickly cayse im at 27k buffed and thats not good at all0 -
