- Ultra Rare Items that can't be found anywhere in the Game

Now ofcourse the Price will be 100 Times more and only the Highest Bidder can win.

My 2 cents: I'd prefer a Diablo type gamble system tbh not just where you can just know exactly. Should be very expensive items but random chance to get something good.

That's pretty much what the Monster Set Vendor will do ...and Guild Traders. I get the idea, I've thought about it too, but maybe instead of rare items there could be random things for sale in the Outlaws Refuge. I hate not being able to buy things from fences.

Yeah, either that or treasure maps need a revamp. They should have a chance to give you some of the rarest items in-game, or expensive pieces of junk that you can vendor for like 10k+

no, this will promote the owners of big trading guilds to have the best items in ESO and the rest **** ****s
also atm the big guilds owners take like 70% of donations/taxes as to their own wallets by endless ways under the "best trader in craglorn propaganda" and such BS, this feature you talking about will increase the ratio to 90%,, which again will **** ****s
anything obtainable by money should have some sort of limit in its stats, for example, best weapons in ESO atm are vMA weapons, which doesnt cost money - which is awesome.
i wouldnt mind if there is ultra rare items but obtaining them via in game money or crowns is always a NO.

Then they should be a lot harder to get to. I'm not sure why people expect some massive reward for the 5 minutes it takes to find them.
