The short form, in case you can't watch the video, is that for light weaving you trigger a light attack and as soon as the animation begins to play you hit a skill to cancel the light attack animation and essentially fire the light attack with less cast time than it should normally take.
For medium weaving you do the same thing but keep the attack button held a moment longer (but not until the heavy attack fires). The idea is you want to keep hold the attack long enough to count as a Heavy attack but not pay the animation time than a heavy attack is supposed to require.
gona try this, as its basicly the oppsite of what i have tried (using the ability and then clicked the mouse button mid animation)
