For world skill lines, I would like to see.
Wereboar-Transform into wereboar
These could be encountered in daggerfall, or areas with boars
Werebear-Transform into a Werebear.
This could be encountered in skyrim and other places with bears.
Wereshark-Transform into a wereshark
These can be encountered near rivers and the ocean, I really want this added.
They could add passives for being in the water or rivers making the form last longer, when standing in water.
As well as other things
Werecrocodile -
These can be encountered in marshy areas or near rivers or the ocean.
For the questlines each one has a shrine of there own you go to in order to get the skilllines after being infected by them.

Weapon skill lines
Crossbow- allows you to wield crossbows and have abilities for crossbows
Spears- allows you to wield spears and have abilities associated with spears
Halberd-skill line allows you to wield halberds, and have skills associated with them.

Magic-
Destruction magic- Allows you to use fire, ice and lightning magic.
Alteration- skill line allows you to learn alteration magic, like levitation
abilties such as fire shield frost shield lightning shield, telekinesis
Conjeration- allows you to summon daedra and other things.

Passive world skill lines
Fisher- Gives passives to help with fishing and maybe getting better rewards sometimes goldbags or items like armor and other things.
Hunter-Increases skills at finding vaulible items for the collections achevements as well as finding rarier crafting materials off animals.
Miner-allows you to mine for valuable ores and rare items like gold and silver, which can be used to make a profit.

In addition to these I want to see a jailing system. When you got to jail, you can either escape or do your time in the form of mining or sleeping on a bed. This can also be used for roleplaying as well. Once you click on a bed or mine then you can instantly do your time then you get told you have been in jail for a while and sentenced is served but it would really be the same day ingame, since they can't do what they do in single player game.
The jailing system would make justice system much better, and you have two choices pay the fine escape, or go to jail.
Its been in I think every major elder scrolls game, and something thats needed and wanted in order for it to feel like a true justice system.

How about just a polymorph for lycanthropes that changes the skin and sounds that your werewolf makes? also weresharks aren't confirmed to actually exist.

I agree with the jail system. Maybe have it linked to some dungeon delve type thing you have to traverse in order to escape. Since they aren't adding the pvp aspect to the justice system, this would be a nice work around rather than dying if you don't have the coin to pay your bounty. Would also add a bit of flavor to the justice system.

Also, if you choose not to break out of jail, perhaps a friend or guildy could pay your bail to get you out. You know, as an alternative for the law abiding citizens who accidentally steal items sitting next to an npc or some item you need to interact with for a quest.

Well nor are werebats yet they exist also One book says his trusted peers or something says they do infact exist. Though he himself has not seen one and another Maiq has also met a wereshark but that wereshark was afraid of water so I am pretty sure in elder scrolls lore they do exist, just not as much seen since they live in the water. But I assume they can walk on land as well. So it can be a possible werebeast form for us to have!

    Sounds interesting :)

I hope we'll see more magic skills with spellcrafting system (but not this year unfortunately)
More weapons would be also great!

Jailing system is a great idea for justice system extension: if you have no money for paying your bounty (or you doesn't want do it) you can spend some hours in prison with some escape chance (also with passive skill wich increase it!)

A good idea is them adding the jailing system with either the darkbrotherhood or thieves guild. It would make it far more interesting and better if there was some form of justice jailing system :)

Ye, more weapons! I've been wanting it to Elder Scrolls since Oblivion, Morrowind had that side in order. Even though i probably wouldn't use them myself, it would bring great variety in combat. And variety is always good.

Definitely more weapons, though not every weapon needs a seperate skill line.

Crossbows for example I would prefer to see as alternate weapon for "bow" skill (maybe rename it "archery", "marksmanship" or something?) - it always vexed me that one- and two-handed get choices between sword, mace and axe (and dagger for 1H) yes archers only have a bow... might perhaps even fit slings in there as well I suppose...

Polearms like halberds and such should definitely have their own skill line though. Half the skills in there can be done reusing the aedric spear anims anyhow...

Spears... hmmm... two handed pikes would go to the polearms, but it would be neat to have spears as one-handed option, for that "myrmidon" spear-and-shield feeling...

I'd also like to see throwing spears as offhand in an "one-handed and ranged" skill line, together woth other options like throwing axes, throwing knives, etc. Bit like those javelin-throwing mobs in orsinium, really... no fair that they get to fight this way, and we don't, right? ;)

Jails, definitely something I would love to see, no surprise considring how often I posted my thoughts about it in other discussions. But "doing your time" there shouldn't be easy and simple like clicking your prison bunk... it should be lengthy and mind-numbing repetetive actions to make people -want- to find the secret "jailbreak" quest... Oh, and of course, there need to be random encounters or classic "prison clichee" flavor. From the sadistic guard wanting to beat you up (persuade may allow you to talk him out of it) to the dropped soap in the showers (intimidate may keep your virtue intact  ) - that sort of thing.

Different werebeasts... I doubt those are too likely, though I'd like to see 'em happen. Okay, maybe not weresharks, not enough water interaction in ESO - at this time. But werebears, wereboars and werecrocodiles... sure, why not?
They would all share the same shrine though, its all Hircine behind any beastly transformations, one way or the other. But... seeing how it would be unlikely for them to be refitted into existing regions, there could be some secret spawning points for infectous critters in new DLC regions, and the matching shrine there as well.

Magic... is done differently in ESO then people are used to from other TES titles. Blame the mages guild being still young or something, but destruction magic is our staves and a bit of flame with dragonknights and lighting with sorcerors; while alteration is half missing (or possibly not developed at this time period), half scattered over diverse class skills... conjuration in the sorceror skills... et cetera.
Not likely for them to rebuild their whole system just to group it together in the "Classic TES" schemata... but a few more options there wouldn't hurt... but I for one would prefer those to come in some sort of class morph... (ooooof course I would, duh ;) )

Non-combat support passives... would be neat, though I doubt those will be too likely... a bit of it is in the champion system though. Though I'd still like to see some of that sort made like the "crafting" skills... be it a "fishing" line or a "athleticism" line...

I want to see as many new features added to ESO as possible, including skill lines (especially passives!). The jailing system has been talked about before, and it could be "fun" to add it as an extra choice when caught by the guards.

But you seem to have forgotten a transformation:
Weretiger!!!!!! My Khajiit turning into a dog is just wrong! I would love to see the "Were" transformations depend on race, so that men and mer turn werewolf, and Khajiit and Argonians have their own versions (or at least give you a choice between different "Were" transformation options).

    Anyone remember this quest?

All my life, I have harbored a secret. It drove me to leave home and seek adventure, but now I must face my inner truth. That I am not an Argonian. I am a crocodile. This lifetime, I have borrowed the form of another, but my true form is calling me home... My entire life, I have felt like a crocodile out of water. Literally. I am old now, and this body is dying. If I become a crocodile, I can start anew. Live the life I was supposed to live. - Murk-Watcher

Really, what are you going to levitate in game where everything is static and bolted down. Having a "were" every animal is completely ridiculous. The current justice system is suitable and sitting in jail in an MMO is too punishing and does not fit the model of an MMO like this. "Sorry guys I cannot join that AA run because my Healer is in the joint" think about it. While I would like to see more skill lines you want to give ones that belong to individual classes to all classes. Everything you listed under your "magic" already belongs to sorcerers. You basically come off sounding like you have a Skyrim or other Traditional ES game itch that needs to be scratched. Go play those and get it out of your system then come and look at how foolish your thread is.

But... THAT is the very point! Right now, the consequences of being caught at crimes are "meh" - I mean... a bit of blood price? Unless you are stupid enough to rack up millions of bounty, the rewards failry outweight the risk. Who cares about in-game gold anyhow? But... "serving time"... especially if its made annoying enough that after doing it once for the achievements you say to yourself: "last thing I wanna do in this game is sit in jail..."... then it had -meaning-! ;)

Go play those and get it out of your system then come and look at how foolish your thread is.
The point is you don't sit in jail you interact with something like a bed or something like that and then the game makes you serve the time, and a load screen and then out of jail. like skyrim and oblvions jailing system.
As for levitation, it would be used for places that can't be reached otherwise, and also well it would have its limits its something I would like to see, in the future." I would also like to see vampires having a limited form of levitation like lamae does in the crypts, as an abilty for vampires.

So you want the guards catch me if they do not kill only to be jailed and have to sit through loading screens and interact with an object to get to more loading screens for simulated amounts of time instead of just paying the fine and having items taken on the spot so I can be on my way? A redundant exercise and pointless waste of development effort. As for levitation that would break the design of the maps since much if it is linear in sections. Why fight your way through when you can just fly to the end. Many of those place cannot be reached because they do not want you to reach them. What you think is hard ground is most likely only visual and you would fall through the map. So that would require further effort from the devs to design new boundaries, most likely invisible barriers in the sky, and creating new walkable terrain.
