HOT FIX ON OVERLOAD but no TEMPLAR Fix this isnt fair

okay this is what i dont understand. Templars gap closer ability has been broken for how long now? But they havent hotfixed it!! I mean come on it cause our character to be completely useless for at least 30 secs or more at least when overload was broke you were still attacking. Either way yes it needed to be fixed but why is it that Templars cant get a HOTFIX TOO?

Jabs has been broke for how long?

So has radiant, but the sorc not being able to spam 13k la attacks is high priority?

ZOS don't give a *** about templar peasants. Took me a year and half to figure that out. Reroll and enjoy your class.

right this doesnt make sense at all to me!!! Im glad im not the only one upset about this. I guess it just goes back to the point that @ZOS only cares about NIGHTBLADES and SORCS the most OVERPOWERED classes in the game screw the rest

@Browiseth I like that they are fixing things but i just want to know why they havent fixed templar abilitys that have been broken but fix overload as soon as something goes wrong it isnt fair to other classes

I found out a way to solve it. I stopped using charge

Considering this Overloard bug breaks a character completely I understand why it is prioritized.
It would be silly to put it in line behind others, especially since the templar bug has been there for months

I imagine it's because it was easier to fix something that was working before a small weekly patch that broke it. Your templar skills have likely been buggy for so long because it's just difficult to fix and would prove more efficient to include in a bigger update filled with harder to do fixes

Just my guess. I'm not an expert but it makes sense imo
just please ESO community stop whining in this horrible way and maybe I'll stop changing lunch tables when you enter the room

Nothing ZOS has done to Templars has made sense. They have had bugs since launch and some of their best skills have been either removed or nerfed (Blinding Flashes, Blazing Shield). I think the only beneficial thing they did was buff jabs but that is just a poorly designed skill overall. I quit for 3 months only to come back and see that they did jack ***...again. Hopefully this next DLC actually fixes the 2 classes that need it otherwise I'm taking a way longer break lol.

I don't think ZoS has some kind of villainous agenda against you mate. I know a lot of people in this community like to pretend they're some kind of tortured soul over bugs and imbalances in a videogame but sometimes it's worth taking the dev's actions at face value

also the templar bugs aren't even that bad omg seriously.

@Firerock2 exactly since LAUNCH the ABILITYS have been BROKE AF lol and yet nothing has been done about it. But im suppose to stop whining about it. I am a console player and been playing since launch on console and we get the crap end of the stick as it is. But come on @zos PLEASE fix my damn abilitys

i never stated that they did just and when you pvp and all the sudden you cant do anything that is hendering to any player and very frustrating and the overload problem wasnt that bad at least you could still block or just turn off overload geez.. I just get to sit there and take the pounding from someone

They probably knew how to fix it - in the part where they simply rolled back the part of the patch that broke it first of all.

That and, well, if Jabs didn't jab AT ALL, ever doing the animation but providing 0 dps or anything, I'm sure this'd get pretty high priority as well.

Please don't dwell in the misconception ZOS loves sorc more than anyone else - I haven't tested it after that hotfix yet but I'm sure Overload still bugs out and gets stuck in random heavy/randomly doesn't attack at all/randomly does attack but shows no animation for it roughly 1/3-1/4 times you use it. Assuming they did fix what they broke yesterday they simply brought it back on par with other bugged, yet somewhat functioning, skills out there(which do need some attention, as they have needed for months, yes...).

It Overload doesn't break the class. They are perfectly able to play without it. I have a V2 sorcerer and hardly ever have used it. Of coarse I don't PVP.
