The flooded grove - defeating Orthenir

Hello, does any one have any idea how to defeat Orthenir? I have been trying for hours every time I do any damage to him he just heals and no matter what I can't interrupt him. Could he be bugged or am I missing something lol

To prevent healers from healing stun or bash them.

Ok I defeated him, but only cause there was another guy there fighting him too at the time I went back to have another go
