I noticed you start out around 70fps, then it drops down to 30-40 in large battles, but when you respawn after playing for a while, it doesn't ever seem to go back up to 70fps again. Is that typical for you?
In my case, when entering Cyrodiil I drop down to lowest possible settings, very low resolution (800x480) and my frame rate starts around 40 or so, then falls to the single digits around large battles, and after I respawn it hovers around 20fps, never quite goes back up to 40 again unless I restart the game.

In my case, when entering Cyrodiil I drop down to very low settings, (either I try very low resolution (800x480) with subsampling set to high, or 1920x1080 with subsampling set to low). Either way frame rate starts around 30-40 or so, then falls to the single digits around large battles, and after I respawn it hovers around 20fps, never quite goes back up to 40 again unless I restart the game.

You have fantastic hardware with i7-5820K and 980Ti. Pretty surprising to see your frame rate occasionally drops into the 30s/40s in the video (as indicated on your tool bar add-on).
At some point about a year or two ago, I was told by someone with similar high end machine that their frame rate in PVP was constant 60fps, even when experiencing high latency in large keep battles. In other words, that the frame rate could be very high even when they weren't able to swap weapons or use skills due to high latency.
Either that person was mistaken, or perhaps the game engine has changed somehow, bringing even 980Ti down below 60fps? (Or maybe it's related to certain add-ons)
Been planning to upgrade but can't decide whether to go for almost this same setup or wait a few more agonizing months for a Pascal card.

It's been amazing so far. I didn't only buy this rig for eso lol. I do 2d and 3d design from home very often cause my job is very flexible so I wanted to be able to work from home without issue. It has paid itself off for sure.

I'm loving 2001-v3 for sure. The power of 5gh Gen i7s is amazing!
i7 5930K here, pushed it up to 4.5Ghz. I am, however, unhappy with Asus' version of 2011-v3, had some issues with my board. But did drop it 2xGTX 980 Ti's in SLI (both at 16x PCIe thanks to the 40-Lanes on the CPU!!!!) and 3xSSD in RAID0. Quite fast!
Just happy seeing someone else out there with a killer gaming rig!
My average FPS is around 130's (running an Asus ROG 1440p 144Hz G-Sync monitor). Heavy areas (players) around 90 FPS)

Nice video Sir! Very smooth with all the details on... looks awesome.
I like your non-stealth play style! .. so different! hahaha
BTW: what is the Alliance rank add-on that you are using on the top right of your screen?
Cheers.
