Overload is bugged, can't use it

So I'm walking up to a Dolmen and I try to turn overload on because the dolmen is up...overload doesn't turn on. So I finish the dolmen and try to activate overload again. It does the animation like the spell is gonna turn on but nothing happens. I tried relogging and still nothing.

-update- Ok as I type this I checked ingame chat and people are saying energy overload is bugged for everyone because of the patch that just happened. Any idea when this will be fixed because thats a crucial skill. =/

In another thread they said they're looking into it now. I expect there will be updates soon?
