Battle Roar affected by healing recieved?

Pretty straight forward I just want to know if Battle Roar healing is affected by skills/champ points that affect healing recieved?

Very good question, I have around 20% extra healing recieved but never checked....I normally depend on Battle Roar for my Magic Regen though.

Basicly it should work.
Gotta recheck it today or tomorrow.
Never paid attention to it ^^

Yes it does, however I've never seen the heal crit.

I believe it is. The heal is cut in half by the Cyrodiil healing debuff of 50% so I assume it is increased by healing increased
