Can you put one up? Because it's a really slow download.
Or is there already one?

I don't see what making a free to play server (When the game is buy to play no less) would do to help with a slow download of the game.

Oh. That makes sense then...in that case I don't think ESO does this, not even sure if they will in the near future at all.

Do any games offer this at all? I know a couple that use the torrent principle tho
