Sharing Quest is not working since yesterday

Greetings!
I've been sharing quests many times now without any problems. But since yesterday have been unable to share quests.
I am aware that quests might no work if my friend is not at the same level, etc, so we tested many different level quests and different quests from around the map as well. No results.
I got no invitations from my friend and my friend got none from me as well.
This problem started since yesterday, out of the blue,
(after we finished a random side quest).
I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.
