Need a Magplar MSA grinding build

After leveling up quite a few characters with the usual grinding spots, i'm sick of silver/gold so i though't i'd mix it up and grind maelstrom

I can usually do this within 40 mins without any deaths on normal, it's pretty easy, wondering any anyone has any grinding builds for it or such to make it go faster.

I'd like to get a vet level and hour at least.

It'd help if you told us what you're currently using... but if you're going with 2/2 nerrien'eth, 5/5 julianos or kagrenac or twice born star, i don't know what to do to helpz ;3

Well it's a leveling so no monster sets sadly

dual wield bar:

Dark flare (does so much dmg...)
Repetance (sustain, free heal)
Jabs
Radiant oppression , execute for those hard hitting mobs
Toppling, useful when needed

2nd bar S+B

Rune rocus (morphing to channel)
Purifying ritual
Breath
Harness
Shards
