PS4 - individual volume control

In my guild ( and everywhere else) there are people who do not know how to adjust the output of their mics so their voices overpower everyone else's. Some people will fix this if you simply bring it up to them but others are oblivious or just flat out don't care. It would be nice to be able to highlight each individual person and adjust their volume. I don't like having to sit on my mic volume and turn it down every time a few select people speak. Just an idea to throw out there
