Hands down Khajiit. And yes I consider it rare as I hardly see anyone in it.

Xivkyn honestly just looks brutal. The dye combinations to make it look even more terrifying or cool aren't hard to get either.

It's also the coolest sounding armour when translated, because Imperial Daedric just rings with overtones of awesome.

The only thing I don't like about heavy/medium Xivkyn is the boots and gloves, to me the little hooks resemble coat rack hangers

I can't wait until the Thieves Guild armor comes out. I was hoping it would look a little more like Nightingale, but who knows, maybe Nightingale will be a dropped set. (<----Note to Devs, please do this)

Right now its Dwemer for me. Light Dwemer Chest goes so nice with a Molag Kena Shoulder as the shoulder is a one piece item and the Dwemer Chest has a design feature that looks really good with that..

However Glass looks pretty good, and so does Ancient Elf.

Imperial style, because it makes you look like a Greek Hoplite. Add a shield, and be a templar with some javelins for added authenticity.

Go crazy and actually be an Imperial as well. Like me. Love it.

I agree with both of you, heavy imperial armor is only rivaled by Glass and Xivkyn.

Heavy imperial is amazing, but I actually hate the imperial medium style. Breton has a surprisingly nice medium outfit when dyed though.
