The animations and sounds for these costumes & polymorphs are delayed for a reason. When you load into a new area, people wearing those costumes that have a specific animation tied to them (i.e. the skeleton polymorph) load in before their costumes do. It prevents an overload of information from bogging everyone down, and instead delays certain portions of sounds/animations that are not considered essential to boost performance on both user- and server-side.
This happens for literally everyone at some point. You will notice it now, because now you'll be paying attention to it.
