New character bugs since latest patch.

Since the latest patch, I have noticed two issues with my characters:
1. When you do a dual wield heavy attack; the main, more damaging attack never crits for me anymore. In fact, while I've asked in-game if they have this problem and they've said no, this bug affects all characters on my account. I've even tested this with a low level character where I had reset all skill points (and did not invest any of them at all), refunded champion points and did not use them (so its 0,0,0) used basic non set gear, and tried swords, maces and axes.
I've used the FTC and LUI add-ons to test the damage and crit. I have also taken note of a specific enemy npc's max health, and proceed to target those specific npcs's. With the dual wield heavy attack, there are generally 4 different variables when it came to how much damage you did and how much would be subtracted from the health pool of these npc's. You have an attack which none crit, one where the weaker attack crits, one where the stronger attack crits, and one where they both crit. Comparing the damage after killing hundred's of npc's over the past few days, only 2 (the one where none crit, or the weaker one crits) ever made an impact on the health pools. Tested this by opening up with heavy attacks against the same, undamaged enemies.
2. This one I have noticed recently, and I'm pretty sure this was working 2-3 days ago. My healing ward on my sorcerer will not heal me in any way (like its supposed to when you are missing health).
What I have tried so far:
-Sent a customer support ticket 4 days ago; no response.
-Doing a clean reinstall of the game, twice. Including deleting any leftover data residue before installing again.
-A lot of testing using multiple characters with varying gear, skill point allocation, champion points, etc.
The only thing that I have fixed so far after a 2nd reinstall was when there was no audio for any staff attack with my characters. Given the nature of these bugs, I am quite concerned about my account somehow being glitched in a way, and there have been many others who have had account specific glitches in the past when you go back and read different issues. This is something that I very much prefer to get support with, before even more potential account specific bugs start happening.
