When will vr16 master weapons be updated

i miss looking forward to end of campaign loot hoping for something good for one of my characters all i can hope for now is items to sell would love to actually get something decent id make a push on more of my characters then rather than one.

My guess is that they want to do it sometime in 2016 but they don't have an ETA right now.

Once they remove the Veteran Ranks, the guy did mention they're making it so you "won't outlevel your gear".
So i'm guessing either crown store "Item levelidification device" or some random p2w stuff like that, Wich i approve of.
Or maybe they'd just force some intern to manually make the new item / codes and insert into the game... maybe they'll put him in a cage until he finishes or something.

I was hoping PvP arenas might bring some PvP master weapons. but i haven't read up on any thing or watched any live streams.

I was under the impression that while Dragonstar Arena itself will not scale to VR16 with next DLC, mailed rewards will scale to VR16. Whether that is only mail when VDSA is the weekly Trial or it means all mailed rewards, including PvP end-of-campaign rewards, I am not sure.

They mentioned in a previous podcast that they were increasing certain sets to "v16". Although I am not 100% certain on whether they gave a time frame, I am pretty sure that it was mentioned to be coming with the rebalance. Also, because they specifically stated that gear was going to get scaled to v16 it would seem to allude to the fact that they plan on introducing the scaling before they get rid of vr.

The thing is though Cesille that if you do the maths this is basically pointless.

Let's say you're after a precise master restoration staff which of course is BoP so you have to get it, it comes in (as far as I remember) eight traits. You can also get fire staves, ice staves, lightning staves, daggers, swords, 2H sword, bow and then the sets on top like footman ring/neck and healer ring/neck.

So the chances of you getting a resto staff are around 8.33%, then you have eight traits on top of that and you only want one, so that's a 12.5% chance.

That adds up to a 1% chance to get the item you want and this is only possible once every five weeks due to the current weekly system when the new Trial is implemented. The odds of you getting a VR16 master weapon before Dark Brotherhood in perfect trait are around 3%.

As far as I am concerned this is little more than a token gesture that will do nothing for almost everyone and allow a few people to make some gold from legendary VR16 Healer/Footman gear.

we get vr16 rewards from pvp just no master weapons i wouldnt know about DSA never done xD. alcast when you going to do maelstrom for me on ps4 shareplay xD
