Give breakouts the reverse affect of the roll dodge nerf. Have consecutive cc breaks cost 1/3 less if cc'd within a certain window. Say if you get cc'd within 0.3 second of the immunity expiring, you next breakout is 1/3 cheaper and it stacks like roll dodge nerf. If cc glitches out due to zerg lag and you get double cc'd, it should apply immediately.
Give it a visual cue like the roll dodge nerf's green feet.
