Ever since the maintenance in the first week of January that took an unusual long time, has pretty much added more issues. I have made a in game bug report but in all here is the issue.
FPS jumps up and down like a child playing with a yo-yo, on a sugar and caffeine high. Going a nice level then drop to 1 to 10 fps, then resumes at normal. This is effect can be created simple changing the camera angle. In addition to the FPS going haywire, the ping also like the number 999+ way to often. I have no 3 party program running in the background to justify such reaction. All drivers are up to date.
Also, including to this development, that is not in my bug report, as I did not know of it until long after I sent it. I can not make a new character. It will, whenever the character creation need to make a change like race, eye colour, Hair, or anything of that nature the randomly game drops to desk top. IE: lets you select race, then allows to select hair type but when you select eye colour the game crashes to desk top. Next time, it is just select race then it drops to desk top.
