Okay it is already upsetting to do this dungeon many times with and not get this engine guardian helmet but what is really grinding my gears is the last two runs the quest for the Vet dungeon, I believe it is What Was Lost, manages to not update for me. Costing me a skill point. I have already attempted the past three times and the same results happened. What should I do?
