Hi, the world boss Zandadunoz of Wrothgar (the black dragon) is missing for PS4 European server, he doesn't respawn since yesterday evening (at least for Aldmeri alliance, don't know for others). People are gathering on the spot waiting, dancing and playing lute... Could you check it?
