Can't talk to Lyris Titanborn?

I'm currently doing the quest "Daughter of Giants" of main questline and I just killed the Clannfear and took Lyris's Axe, but I can't talk to her. I've tried to reset and didnt work.

I also got this issue the other day. re-logging fixed it.

Nevermind. I deactivated Skyshard Add-on and relogged then it worked.
