Going off the DPS bit in the title....I'd say Orc.

✭RedguardLooking at racials Redguards are clear winners here. However, Id never swap my fierce Orc hottie for some desert dweller.P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments. -

✭RedguardRedguard, good damage as both melee and range from stamina bonus, Orcs have a bit more damage when using melee skills, but the added regen from stamina regen passive and the special Redguard passive allows Redguards to focus more on damage in the form of weapon damage glyphs where Orcs need to build into regen to sustain themselves. The Redguard's Adrenaline Rush passive is really good sustain.
