Makes me want to play Morrowind again. Gawd, I hate cliffracers!

I dug it out again last year... and was rather surprised. On one hand it's aged remarkably well, on the other, it has aged horrifically. The weirdest thing is, now, with two more numbered games on the pile, and the MMO, it's actually less strange and alien than it was in 2003.
Also, that walk speed...

Yeah, as a level 1 it's very slow going. Makes the map seem much larger than it really is 'cause it takes so long to get anywhere.

Also the draw distance. I was playing with a graphical overhaul that added LOD installed, and was kinda surprised to realize just how close various settlements were to one another.
If the walk speed was a bit faster and there wasn't all the miss chance stuff, then I'd play it more often. As is, I played Morroblivion many times through because of the amazing Morrowind experience.

I would like to replay it with Morroblivion. Just a question about the quests?- Are those all in yet?- A while back when i read about it, I got the impression that this hybrid is not really finished. Do you know if it works with the steam version?

Morrowblivion is completely finished, you can go and download it although you require Morrowind and Oblivion to play it.If the walk speed was a bit faster and there wasn't all the miss chance stuff, then I'd play it more often. So far as I saw it was pretty near completion with all the quests I remember doing, except for a few annoying bugs (can't get into the Sewers under Vivec's palace) and exploits (having magic regen means you can levitate forever!).
It's worth playing though for the nostalgia, even if you haven't played Morrowind
