Thank you for deciding to add text chat to console.
Personally, I cancelled my sub and quit the game after it seemed like the request for this feature (and character names instead of XBL/PSN names) was falling on deaf ears.
It has been a long time, and I actually miss this game; but felt I must let my wallet do the talking.
So thank you, I actually reinstalled the game over night and plan to get back to doing my VR quests; then, when text chat is actualized, I plan to resubscribe and experience the DLC I've missed.
Just wanted to let you know I personally appreciate these changes and you have completely won back a customer, once the text chat is actualized.
