Any Plans to Fix Some of the Eidetic Memory Bugs?

Some of the books don't seem to unlock, despite physically reading them in-game, such as A Request for Relief, which can be found in Velyn Harbor. From what I've read, this has been an issue since the game was first released. I know, I know, It's not game breaking by any means and so probably isn't on the list of priorities to fix, but it would be nice, especially after almost two years of it being a known issue. I'm a completionist and so it would be great to close out some of these books in my to-do list.

Just read in another post that apparently there is 2vwraiobs and both have to be read but I dunno I pvp mainly so don't know about the books and stuff they said they are looking at a fix tho.
