Hands randomly glowing in Deshaan

I was running around in Deshaan when this randomly started happening. My hands would spark then start to glow for a couple of seconds. I am hitting nothing other than the joystick.

Perhaps it's a symptom of the Llodos Plague. I recommend you visit the Maulborn in Quarantine Serk to be administered the cure. For your own safety, you understand.

It's in the top right part of Deshaan right?

It seems so random..... I remember me walking around that place a long time to figure it out

This happened to me yesterday, exact same location. Maybe it's part of a quest?

Check your character, this looks suspisciously like the blessing of saint veloth you will recieve for the final battle (and which will be active only in the last two quest locations location)

Everyone has it top right of Deshaan. It's for a quest in that area.

Yeah I think that's what it is but I finished that quest line. I did check and it's still active fir some reason.
