4pc set bonus not working

i am experiencing an issue where 4pc set bonuses that give spell dmg(or wep dmg) are not working when using weapons to get bonus. the bonus lights up in the tooltip on the pieces as if i am recieving the bonus, but it does not change my stat on character sheet.

example: helm/belt/1hsword/shield. all magnus. i recieve everthing except the 4piece spell power bonus; even though it is 4 pieces and the bonus lights up as if it is being given.

i used multiple sets to attempt to replicate the problem and it appears to only happen when it is a 4pc spell/wep dmg bonus. max stat/recovery bonuses work fine.

is this a known issue?

I believe this is a known issue with Magnus.. The tooltip does not reflect the bonus, although you are actually receiving it in-game.

I'm sure someone on here can confirm this..

thanks for the response. an unfortunate part of playing on console is i cant use addons to see my actual dmg numbers. so aside from character sheet bonuses, i dont have a clue what anything is doing lol.

they should really add some kind of combat log to the game. it already is there, they just need to make it viewable. rediculus to require community created addons for such a thing.

If you have different pieces on back bar, you have to go out to change to that one to get/see the bonuses. It can act up even more when different enchantments.

Consoles are getting scrolling combat text when thieves guild hits.

I spoke a guy in Cyrodiil who had the same issue with Morkuldin 4pc weapon dmg bonus.

To check, I unequipped my heavy Morkuldin chest (4th piece) and did see my weapon dmg drop on my stat sheet.
When I re-equipped the 4th Morkuldin piece my weapon dmg increased again on my stat sheet.

I instructed the guy to do the same but it wasnt working for him.

yea, this is basicly the issue i am having. i have equipped/unequipped, relogged, tried on another account. the issue appears to exist no matter what i do. im sticking with the set as of right now(as im not really having any dmg issues with/without it).
If some1 on pc with a dmg meter, that can replicate the problem, can test it and give a definitive answer either way that would be cool. other than that, ill just be waiting on the scroling combat text to come out so i can test myself.
