The minute you see someone and attack, their 20man zerg comes out of stealth and you are dead.

Exhibit 1) Check out the Original Trailers for the PVP combat - Nothing small about it and for a large portion of the community, the reason we bought into this game.
Exhibit 2) Next time you have a spare 10 seconds, go to the LFG tab and select Cyrodiil - "This is a 24 Player Activity"
I play mostly in medium to large groups, but on my sorc I solo/duo and I know there are small scale battles to be found. Eventually you'll run into a group that is a little too big for you and you'll get zerged down, but I honestly find that exhilarating. You push your own boundaries and see how much you can bite off until you get overwhelmed, then try again.
Being beaten by share numbers isn't great, but it teaches you to be selective about the battles you fight 'vs' the battles you 'flight'..... As @pilb0xer would say, "Run v Xing"

I think overall his complaint is stealth is bs... at least that is how i read it since I think it is.

It's a trap! *immovable brute* *speed potion* *dark cloak!* lose line of sight... hide... HIDDEN.

Haha yeh, my post was like the best case scenario for my NB. PhatGrimReaper's scenario happens more often than not! Though there is one too many Crit Rushes in there
Even more often it's more like... It's a trap! *mashes button for immovable brute but nothing happens* *turns ever sooo slowly as if caught in thick mud* *dies* *curses* *respawn at nearest keep* *wishes he had 20 friends to return the zergball favour*

Exactly.... already there some who will purposely stack multiple 24 man raids in the same place..... Halfing the group cap just means they have 6 groups instead of 3.

The problem that you are not addressing is that, these 24 man groups, are highly hostile. They require you to be on TS, they require you to have a 'role' that they 'want' you to be. They want everybody to 'stack on crown'.. who wants to play with this hitleresque style?
Think about it.

Not all PVP groups are so serious. It comes down to you as a player..... sometimes I want the structure of an organised guild run, sometimes I want to run around solo ganking, sometimes I want zerg surf and sometimes I just want to goof around with the boys. At the end of the day any team activity requires commitment, skill, organisation and discipline to be on top competitively.
If you don't like the structure, form an easy going group.... If you want to compete on a high level, commit to an organised guild group.
The people that run me up the wrong way are the ones that ask for an invite to group, then want to go off on their own trying to make a 1vX video...... if solo/small scale is your thing, don't join a &*^$ing organised group!!

If you join an organised group and lack the necessary discipline you'll die anyway, the only difference is you will likely cause the rest of the group to wipe too.
The point is, if you want to compete with a skilled, co-ordinated & organised group, you need to be more skilled, better co-ordinated & more organised........
You don't expect your Social Basketball team to roll up to The Garden and whoop the Knicks do you?
If you ain't down for the "Stay on the F*%#ing Crown BS, then you have to reevaluate your goals whilst in PVP.... one doesn't simply send a squad car with two officers to contain a riot of three thousand people......
