Base values for armor and weapons?

Does anyone know a source for all base values for armor and weapons? I'm looking for a place where I can check, e.g., what armor value a v16 legendary medium helmet has and compare it to that of a v16 epic heavy helmet. There used to be a crafting simulator serving that exact purpose on esohead.com, but unfortunately it is outdated.
