Are potions working properly on ps4?

I'm back to game after a break, the potions dont seem to be working properly anymore! The arrows don't show recharge of magic or health or stamina? Are they broken or have they removed the white charging up arrows

not really sure what you are talking about? but uhm i haven't noticed anything broken with drinks and food

They removed those arrows a while ago, I miss them myself as they were useful for telling when your drink buff had expired.
