Molag Kena helm on Normal WGT?

I believe I remember reading in the patch notes (way back) that you could get Molag Kena's helm from Normal difficulty in White-Gold Tower, albeit at v15. Yet, as many times as I've run this on normal, I have never seen it drop for myself or any group members.
Can anyone confirm (or deny) the possibility of Molag Kena's helm dropping on Normal (v15)? Picture proof would help settle a debate in my group.

I thought you could only get Monster helms from vet dungeons.
