Unable to complete Blood on a King's Hand (SPOILER)

I had just finished killing the king at the end and went through the gate. I talked with the dude on the other side and went through the doors. The loading screen was working for close to 20 minutes before I quit the game and restarted. I then spawned outside and was unable to talk with the chief I had already talked with again to continue the quest. My ticket has been open for 6 days now and was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. I'm also looking for ANY support with this. This is currently holding up my expansion progress
