Error 206 with patch 2.2.9

Tried several times, but get Error 206 -

Anyway - Tried several times to install patch 2.2.9, but get Error 206 - PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed.

Try deleting everything from "Launcher\ProgramData" folder for the launcher & do a repair. Somehow deleting from ProgramData worked for me after I tried repairing & a clean install, etc.
