Not able to do Belkarth Writs

I have V4 alt that is 49/49/48 in Clothing/Blacksmithing/wood and 50/50/50 in alchemy/provisioning/enchanting. Until yesterday I had no skill points in wood, clothing, and blacksmithing, 8/8 solvent proficiency, 6/6 recipe improvement, and 10/10 potency improvement. I was doing consumable crafting writs in Orsinium (and not doing equipment crafting writs at all).

I got a bunch of skill points and respeced so that I now have 9/10 woodworking, 9/10 clothing, 9/10 blacksmithing, 7/8 solvent proficiency, 9/10 potency improvement, and 5/6 recipe improvement, in hopes of doing all of my writs with this character in Belkarth. This worked fine for woodworking, clothing, blacksmithing, alchemy, and enchanting, but I'm getting Coldharbor provisioning writs. If I put one more point in recipe improvement, I will be doing Orsinium writs again, but that's not what I want to do; I want to base this character in Belkarth.

What am I doing wrong?

Provisioning is either cold harbor or Orsinium, what do you want out of the Craglorn writs for provisioning?

It is nice to be able to pick up and turn in all writs to one place. However the Orsinium Update pretty much killed this once you reach the upper levels, unless you want to do it all in Orsinium.

It would be nice once we reach top levels that we could pick up the writs where we want to do them, and drop them off at that location.

I see, so there are no Belkarth provisioning writs anymore (if you have access to Wrothgar). Thanks for the answers.

@Nestor, yes, that is correct. I like doing all writs quickly without traveling, provisioning being the easiest because it's easy to keep 6 stacks of the right crafted foods in your bags.

True delivering in Orcy town is a pita, at times I have considered unsubbing so I can get Blacksmith, woodworking and clothier dropped off in Belkarth.

I'm having a similar issue with Enchanting. I have all the skill points except Keen-Eye maxed, but still am getting Belkarth drop off. I'm getting Orsinium drops for Provisioning and Alchemy, why not Enchanting?

@Tarukmockto that might be a UI bug. If you're getting the writs that require "Splendid Glyphs of ..." (the ones that require Rejera), then they are to be dropped off in Orsinium.

I have an alt that drops off writs in Orsinium, but the UI always says "Drop off _____ in Belkarth". When I go to the area in Orsinium where you drop off writs, that character gets the quest markers and can drop them off there.
