I think the topic is pretty self-explanatory. Once I get to Fighter's Guild level 10, may use Dawnbreaker, but until then?

Meteor isnt bad - I wouldnt use negate outside of medium-large scale group play if you really know how to use it. Overload and atronarch are pretty useless for PVP. WW is very strong with a good build - and bats are good too if you dare go vamp (good luck with camo hunters out there - wouldnt recommend).

Being a new toon, won't have access to meteor for a LONG time. Thought about going werewolf as well too. I haven't dabbled in PvP too much yet, mainly focus on PvE for right now., Don't have any interest in going vamp. What role does the atronach play when it's summoned? I've tried overload out a couple of times and think it's OK. Before I commit though, I want to make sure I understand what the atronach does. Thanks

atronarch is too easy to avoid and can be disabled easily. it has an instant stun and basically its like putting a long dot in the area thatll target someone. WW is the best bang for your buck ult option - but needs a good build behind it. Otherwise, dawnbreaker or meteor. Thats my suggestion.

OK, one last question, currently sitting at level 10; build consists of thundering presence, crystal shard (thinking about going encase/restraining prison here), unstable clanfear (going to get bound armor/bound armaments ASAP), 1 skill in each tree to level up, and have whirlwind and mage's fury to round out the bar. Looking to get to the point where I add daedric curse to replace unstable clanfear and liquid lightining to replace mage's fury Does this quantify as a good build like you were saying? Thanks for all your input.

I wouldnt use any of your class magicka skills - the only thing you want to use for stam sorc is boundless armor, surge, and streak. Bound armor can also be used in PVE and some PVP builds. Can check out my youtube honestly look at some build videos to see what Im using and also how I use it. May explain things a little better. As a stam sorc your magicka damage will be completely miserable if your building your stats correctly - which you want to do.

Actually at sub level 50 your class skills should be okay due to battle spirit, maybe not optimal but okay.
And you probably need to level skill lines to get the skills you want anyway. But you will really need to level 2hander and storm calling lines for a stamina sorcerer... they are the really important lines.

On my stam sorc, I prefer to run flawless dawnbreaker. I do actually use it on both bars (I alternate between bow and dual wield depending on the content) most of the time, but I do occasionally switch it to negate or meteor for some fights.

The nice thing about dawnbreaker, relative to meteor, is that it takes far less time to acquire and morph. So that's a plus.

Until you get your fighter's guild to 10 and unlock dawnbreaker, I don't personally think it matters much. I like the storm atronach, mostly because it's cool, but it's also pretty useful in single target and some aoe pulls (even moreso now since it scales off of stam and weapon damage). If you're just questing/leveling/soloing then it really doesn't matter. You can run whatever you want to for solo content. When you get to the point where you want to start optimizing your build and running more competitive content, my opinion is that you'll want flawless dawnbreaker above all else.
