I have two DW NB's and neither of them ever need their offhand weapon recharged, does it ever hit or is it just just aesthetics and simply adds a bonus? Also if it actually swing does an added weapon speed trait to one weapon apply to my overall speed or only to that weapon? Would a faster weapon be better in one slot or another?
