Vampirism

Simple question.

I decided to become a vampire, I'm currently loving it (gw on the feeding animation ZOS) I was wondering if I leveled my vampirism up to max level then drop it but I decide to pick it up again; do I have to level it up to max level again?

No, you will retain level 10. Just make sure you cap it before you drop it.

Reset your skill points before curing vampirism!
Otherwise, those spent into the vampirism tree will be lost.

Not necessarily lost, more like locked. If you become a vampire again they are still there
