why wont you help us with this crash to login problem zenimax?

for the last month and a half since orsinium DLC patch i have been crashing to loging screen with no error. i try to login first time and it hangs. the second time i get a 301 error. third time i can login.

i and many others have posted about this yet you do nothing to "Support" us in our time of need. what use is customer support if they wont even help us with a problem that affects alot of people. we need your customer support zenimax. or we cannot play the game

i think this post has some valuable information about this topic and u should read it.

i hope i get an answer from you guys as do others. this is an ongoing problem and u have done NOTHING to help us solve it nor have u even acknowledged that its a problem when it is.

you really need to learn to talk to your consumers. please dont make the same mistake your CS predasesors did.........

now it wont even let me do delves and dungeons. everytime it tries to load in it crashes to login........please answer me zenimax. i cant even do my quests to level up. all i want is an answer with a possible fix!

I've been having a terrible experience too this past month.

Today was the worst.

In non-vet PvP got booted to the log in screen every few minutes. After seven times in a row I gave up with the game. Such a shame.

Have been playing since Beta and it feels like the bad old days again

tell me about it...i also remember the original CS staff getting replaced by the ones we have now because of their bad communication and bad customer service...i dont wish that to happen again but im comparing the same service to thatwhich is just as bad.

I've been sending in picket after ticket after ticket and now with the recent update I get this lovely gem: "We don't know the version of update you're running. If the problem lasts longer than an hour contact customer support."

I have this problem as well- when i first had this problem last month, they took 4 days to reply, and the working answer was this: close it. run the launcher as administrator and repair. close it. open the zenimax/launcher folder and delete the host.developer files with a number after them (not the one with no number). the step they left off was to then reboot. i did this and it worked- until today.

4 days wait, such that it was the next year before i got a reply, and the replies were just form letters telling me to do X, Y, and Z. the customer support is rather pitiful, they likely cut their budget to the bone and have just one dude dealing with everything.

no idea how long i will have to wait this time, but i doubt it will be quick.

i wonder if everyone posted about this issua at the same time...if we would then get their notice and the issues recognition......might i ask everyone who is having this issue post a new post about it?
( and @ZOS if u even take the time to delete this atleast answer the damn question. if u have time to delete this post u have the time to answer.. delete it and dont answer and it will prove how unhelpful your "Customer Service" really is)
and ive been faithful to the game with all this crap since beta

again guys maybe post this issue in your own post and it might get their attention. multiple posts about this issue at once and it will hopefully get this crap solved....also keep in mind..if they delete this post and dont answer......i dont expect them to be helpful to anyone.

i am sick and tired of having an issue for months with no answer that could be solved easily if only @ZOS looked in the right place (that link i posted might have the info u need.....) and attempted to figure out the issue. this is a serious problem and the game is literally unplayable if i keep randomly DCing to login and logging back in dead. game is not fun when it does that.

I was going to start playing again and thought about getting a sub since I'm tired of swtor and WoW doesn't interest me for a while now. I get kicked to login screen like every 30 minutes and so I'm gonna have to pass on subbing to eso again. Was gonna try the xbone since I have the game for that as well but reading the tech forums for xbone kind of discourages me as well.

I haven't played ESO for quite a while, has it been like this long or is it just a recent thing? I may sub if it's just a recent thing that is being looked into but if it's an ongoing problem then I may just keep my sub with swtor.
