Teleport through keep doors intended?

Twice now in cyro I have used teleport strike on enemies as they were running back inside their keep and to my surprise, found myself inside the keep with them! Unfortunately you can't get out again since its an enemy keep. Is this intended?

    No it's not. What I read the other day is that it was supposed to have been fixed by removing the 0.5second delay
    On using doors but I don't know if there is truth behind it.

    Since it's been part of ESO since beta, my best guess would be it's working just as planned.

    If it wasn't, surely ZOS would have fixed it by now, more than 2 years later ...

    Im pretty sure a dev said they changed the skill in order to lessen (removed the cast time so you couldnt cancel tele strike to time it) how often it happens/make it moe difficult to do, but is still possible due to the nature of teleport strike but they can't do anything about it currently. Similar thread a while ago but that was sort of near his answer
