Fellow vampires of the Aldmeri Dominion and the Daggerfall Covenant, I am in urgent need of your assistance. We are hoping to expand from the Ebonheart Pact and into your alliances so we may increase our numbers, expand our trading capabilities, and create a flourishing biting network for new recruits. Many people from both alliances have seeked membership into the Order, however with our recent war, our numbers in the Dominion and Covenant hasn't grown, and many potential recruits have either struggled to join or have given up completely because we are struggling to provide them with the bites they need in order to join us. That's why I'm now having to specifically ask vampires from both alliances to join us and help future members so they and you can gain the benefits of being in the Order without the hassle many members have or are currently facing.
