Anyone per chance know if the 4% dmg to melee attacks is 4% to the total dmg of ability, ie if attack does 1000 it now does 1040
Or is the WPN dmg of melee attacks boosted 4%, ie wpn dmg is 1000 for melee attacks it is 1040.
