Specific lags in game

So, I bought ESO some days ago and when I am starting to play the game sometimes game lags like no FPS decrease, the game just frozes
for like 0.5 (differently) sec. and sometimes sound lags happen too.
My computer specification (little bit old but i can easly run game) my nvidia experience even optimize game on high.

Hi @Arczironator !

Can you please try turning your graphics settings down to low to see if that changes anything for you? Your GPU may be struggling with the high graphics settings at this time.

4GB of RAM, not a great processor will not run it on great settings.

Turn graphics to low.
