Stop Gold selling websites or put a dent in them at least by selling ESO+ scrolls that can be sold on the guild trader.
Therefore people that do not want to use their credit card online or go to the store to get a card can buy with in game gold to the person that would have just bought the gold from a 3rd party source anyways.

✭✭From my experience gold selling is one of the few things were zos support is very consequent in banning people. (Actually it's the only behavior where I know multiple people who got permanent bans.) So I don't see any reason to add any mechanic that allows to exchange rl money for ingame money.
