Changing my email address - no reply from support Day 4
So as the title would suggest I'm trying to change my email and I'm on day 4 of no reply.
Is there anyone behind the desks since they shut down the CS Center in Galway Ireland, or has it always been this slow?
Anyone have an idea of the real estimated wait time on a reply? As the website says (1) Business day but I'm assuming that's an exaggeration.
