Nvidia 980ti invisable mobs/NPCs

when i upgraded from the 760 to the 980ti 6GB I noticed mobs and NPCs were taking a long time to load in, causing my death in a few situations. I never had this issue on the 760 2GB. My other system stats are 32gb Ram 1600, 4300 AMD vishera, Win 10, and I run the game from a SSD (same one as OS) (less than 80% full). If any other technical specs are needed or screen-shots I need only be informed. I have run into a few other 980ti users that are experiencing the same problem, I don't know if its the latest drivers or something about the card and how the game handles it But please try and work on this issue.
Other than that its a great game, has been since launch, but i do miss all the phasing, and how it used to be more difficult.

P.S. my ping generally is about 80s-90s in caves 140-160 outside but at times of lower pop can be better. And my location is in AZ.
