Crimson Cove Public Dungeon

I made a post similar to this early fall about how Viro Redhands won't spawn in the Crimson Cove and today I went back to see if they had fixed his spawn, but he still isn't there. He is the last public Dungeon boss I need to face to finish all of them. I went and killed every other boss in the dungeon as well to see if that would get him to pop up, but still no. Is anyone else still having this issue?

He may be a random boos and at any given time only so many bosses can be up?

No I actually just found him. I saw that he was in a different spot than PC apparently. Thanks though
