Mail messages from players expire in 3 days not 30!

As stated here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6115 Mail messages are meant to last 30 days. However, over the past week or so, when I receive a message from a player, it says it will expire in 3 days. I have lost a lot of important mail that I wanted to keep for records until I returned home when I was away for the New Year.

Mails with attached items lasts 30 days.

Yes it seems that this is the case, I suppose I had never noticed before because I hadn't been away from the game/my PC for that long so had not experienced mail I wanted to check later expiring before I expected.
