Im having trouble locating the undaunted contact in wayrest named Lodiss the rock. According to the ESO wiki he is located at the cloudy dreugh inn in wayrest. I've scoured the building to no avail. Can anyone help with this one?

They moved him over to the Undaunted Enclave. Same with the guys in Mournhold and Elden Root.
